2017 LATE LIFE TEAM GRANT SEED GRANT COMPETITION
In March 2017 we launched our first Late Life Team Grant/CCSCN seed grant competition which in addition to targeted biomedical, clinical, population health, and health services research proposals designed to provide critically ill patients with better care and better health, focused on Older Adults and Late Life Issues.
We are thrilled to announce that we received several high-quality applications and after an external review process was completed we were able to fund three outstanding projects:
"Patient and Family-Centered Delirium Assessment in Critically Ill Older Adults"
"Comparative safety and efficacy of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia: A systematic review and network meta-analysis"
3. Dr. Ken Parhar,
"Optimization of Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome Management"
Congratulations to the successful applicants!
